We’ve built Mason Claims Tracking System (CTS), our proprietary internal system that can communicate with outside carriers’ systems in a wide variety of ways. It can send and receive claims files attached to emails, retrieve and transfer text files or Excel spreadsheets via FTP, and it can receive and produce XML files, or any combination of the above. Mason CTS also has multiple levels of secure notification built in so our clients are always kept in the loop in real-time as claims are being processed. Mason CTS provides analytics and reports showing adjuster performance, claim lifecycle, as well as status notes. 

And the best news of all: we never charge our clients for the work involved in making our system “talk” to theirs. In fact, plugging Mason CTS into a carrier’s system typically takes no more than two days to complete. A couple of phone calls with your technical person, a few emails exchanged, a sample of the type of data Mason will receive from you, and voila! Our companies’ systems are able to communicate effortlessly with one another. We recommend performing this set-up ahead of time so that when you require our services, you need only flip the switch on the connection.
